Beautiful vacation home with fully enclosed heated pool!
It is located in a very quiet, clean, lovely landscaped subdivision minutes from restaurants, parks, golf courses, Starbucks, Publix, and Walmart.
Because of its spaciousness and design, this inviting home is perfect for 1-3 families.
What's really nice is that it's centrally located between the most awe-inspiring beautiful beaches - Siesta Key and Anna Maria. The nearset beach is within 8 minutes!
This home was just purchased and beautifully renovated with some cool updates! There are 4 smart Tv’s. All the furniture is brand new. There is plentty of parking.

Winter Getaway

Spent a week here with my husband, and our two friends and had the greatest time. The house is beautiful on the inside but the outside area was our favorite! The outside sitting area and pool is where we spend most of our time. The location is great, close to so many things. About a 30 minute drive to the beach but didn’t even need the beach with the pool right there! Would def stay here again!

A winter escape

This house is beutifully decorated. The furniture looks brand new. The pots and pans are the best I've encountered in a rental. There are plenty of dishes, flatware, cups and glasses. (There were 8 of us) The pool has been the highlight for my grandkids. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The only drawback, everything we did was at least 30 to 45 minutes away.

Spacious, beautiful home

My communication with the owner went very smoothly. The home was perfectly described in advance and we got exactly what we were hoping for. This home is beautiful, and super clean and had everything we needed to get started on our stay.

Amazing property

Everything we could ask for and more!! Tons of space and the pool was amazing too. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded right away. Location was great as well very well maintained property and neighborhood was great. Definitely keeping in mind for future stays!!
