A new dishwasher, coffee maker, waffle maker and stainless kettle round out the well appointed kitchen.
The paver patio out back is framed with Areca and Adonidia palms and offers time in the sun or tend to your BBQ on the gas grill. Dine out on the patio table and enjoy the breezes through the privacy palms.

Walk or enjoy the beach cruisers into the Gulf Gate area restaurants, bars and shops, and continue on another easy mile to Siesta Key over the South Bridge.
