In Gulf Gate Estates, Sarasota, you'll find this delightful three-bedroom getaway! Nestled just a 10-minute drive from the stunning Siesta Key Beach with miles of white sand and crystal-clear water. This property offers the perfect escape for your next Florida getaway.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and clean 2bed/2bath house where you will enjoy comfort of home including air conditioning, heating and linens. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, armchair, coffee table and 50" TV. Dining area has big table with chairs. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. In huge Florida room there are play table with chairs, two recliners, sofa and twin bed. In one car attached garage there are washer, dryer, beach umbrella and chairs. Patio on backyard has gas grill, table and chairs. Perfect House in Great Location

The property has everything a couple or family needs to enjoy a vacation in the Sarasota area. It is spacious, well equipped, and is well located in a nice neighborhood near major roads. Siesta beach is only a few miles away, and is one of the best beaches to be found. The owners were helpful getting us checked in and were available during our stay when we had questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly owners

I rented the property for family members visiting over Christmas. It was perfect as was only minutes drive to my home. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. 5+ stars!!

Great location

Great location to many beaches, best being Siesta Key! Sam and Ella were very accommodating. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Neighborhood was very nice!

Gulf Gate House

Very conveniently located and a nice house with handmade decorations by Ella. Sam and Ella were gracious and responsive to any needs I had. They are good owners and good people.

older home in good area

I rented this home for employees of our company to stay in while working in the area for a while. One of my employees brought a dog which was specifically against the rules of the home. The owners worked with us until we could find a place for the dog to go. That was beyond reasonable in my opinion. I also swapped a person staying in the home without making owner aware. I didn't know or even realize that would be an issue. But it was. Understandably. The reason I had to swap a person was due to black mold growing on the walls in multiple spots of one of the rooms. My original employee is severely allergic to mold. Once I made owners aware they immediately went to home to clean up the issue. BUT, when I called to tell them of the mold I was told that this is Florida and mold is to be expected. Ummm. Absolutely not. I have rented 20+ homes in Florida(several in this area), and mold has never been an issue in any rental that I have had. We were given a list of specific rules to follow for their home. One was that the air conditioner not be set below 72 degrees (Owner also stated this was a FL law???) I felt this was unreasonable because it was sunny & 85+ degrees out on most days and this is an older home. Needless to say, we did turn the AC below 72. Most rentals in the area have code locks on the front doors. This one does not. Check in was a little stressful just because we didn't know an exact arrival time and owner had to be present to give us a key to the home. I prefer no contact with an owner other than email. This is one of the few times I've ever been forced to have face to face contact with an owner. The house could use some updating as far as linens and furniture go. We only rented due to the limited availability of other homes in the area.

Wonderful Stay

Very nice property! Clean and had everything we needed. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very nice homeowners. Short drive to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Would love to stay here again in the future!

A clean, basic vacation home in a good location

The home met our needs. Sam and Ella checked us in and out and were kind enough to extend our last day from 11am to 3pm. We bought new pillows and left them there as we are pillow snobs. Enjoy them!

Cute house

The hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive. We were in town for business and didn’t stay at the house much. The location is excellent and the backyard was very peaceful, just what we needed after a busy day. Thank you.

Language barier

everything was wonderful until they saw we had a guide dog. Homeowners insisted it was their house and their rules, dog is able to go anywhere humans are able to go , they finally gave in. But still insisted there house there rules and demanded paperwork!!!! All this while my daughter watched on feeling bad because she needs the dog..

Great location

The location of this house was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The reason for the 3 stars was because we had issues with the television. The house has Roku but no cable. We were unable to watch a major network for a few days. The owners did bring an antenna, after much discussion, and then we were able to access ABC and that’s it. If you don’t care about TV the house is fine
