Tucked into a quiet neighborhood (Regatta close)
Small one bedroom as described. Attached to a home so no thermostat for adjusting and water pressure somewhat low. Kitchen well supplied. Clean and unexpected welcome basket full of Sarasota items and snacks which were appreciated. Didn't have to purchase paper supplies. Slept ok on the one mattress bed. There were plenty of pillows available. Would recommend this location update the mattress quality.

Cynthia was a wonderful host and my family and I really enjoyed our stay! We stayed a week with myself, my husband, my 5 year old, and our dog. The location is great and the place is super cute and clean!

Charming One Bed/Bath
At a competition at the Nathan Benderson Park Rowing Complex (for USA Swimming’s Open Water Nationals). We were located within 10 minutes of the venue, grocery stores, restaurants, a huge mall, etc., so a very convenient location. Cynthia responded to my emails almost immediately and was a very pleasant and gracious host.
