The condo has been recently remodeled so you can feel very comfortable in this clean and airy space.
It has brand new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, etc.), lots of appliances (dishwasher, mixer, air fryer, etc.), and tile floors throughout.
The condo is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and a TV in each room!
New memory foam mattresses can be found in all bedrooms for your comfort.
The split floor plan offers privacy for you and your guests.
A large lanai offers plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful trees and blue Florida skies. Access the Lanai from the Living Room and/or the Primary Bedroom.
Walk-In Shower in the Primary Bathroom means you don't have to step over the tub to get in. Closet space abounds - Walk-in Closet; Reach-in Closet, Large Coat Closet by Front Door, and Linen Closet. The laundry room offers enough space for a Full-size Washer/Dryer.
