About this property

Private, cozy, studio 2 miles from Siesta Key!

  • Welcome home! 2 miles from Siesta Key!

    This is a private in-law suite with its own entrance. It also has its own private backyard (no access all around to main house). Check yourself in!

    The bed is king sized with a gel infused memory foam top for great sleep. A 42'' TV with Netflix streaming. High speed wifi included. (There is no cable tv).

    Full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, silverware, knives etc. also an outdoor grill and fire pit (please purchase you own firewood when using)
    The space
    Feel right at home. This is a completely private unit and you can call or text if you need anything from us. The backyard is separated for complete privacy and contains a fire pit and grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and includes a full-sized fridge. Water, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, and tooth brushes are provided!

    The unit is accessed through the carport with its own keypad and private entrance.

    We live in the main house and respect your complete privacy.

    Access the unit through the car port at the house- There is no interior doors to the main house-your space is private with bathroom/kitchen nook. The backyard is also separated for added privacy.
    Other things to note
    There are a max of 2 guests allowed on the property given the space.

Gulf Gate apartment

Perfect place for a one person vacation for a week stay. Location very good, close to beach and golf courses. Apartment had everything that was needed. Nice, Private back yard.

Do not rent this property. I had to rearrange my whole vacation becuase the place was dirty. Ants covered the walls, floors, counters and coffee machine inside and out. There were crumbs and dirt on the floors and counters. I woke up to a cockroach on the floor in the kitchen. The dust has been built up for what looked like years. The owner will respond to complaints with “here in Florida” as if it’s acceptable to be dirty in Florida and to have low expectations. The bed was terrible. I weigh 130 pounds and I felt like I was going to fall through the bed.The air conditioner, fans, shades, and windowsils were covered in a thick layer of dust. When I told the owner about the dust on the ventilation systems he told me it is “user friendly”. So basically telling me I should clean his dirty apartment. These are just some of the issues with this property.
