So nice having washer/dryer. Parking very convenient. Cleanest place EVER!!! The pool was really cold (& we are used to the Great Lakes) but very clean! Outdoor space very nice for hanging out. Beach chairs/toys/cooler were a nice perk & much appreciated. We would stay again & would recommend!

Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious! We had a family of 6 there and everyone felt comfortable. Location was right where we needed. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Check in and out process was easy. The house was a great value minus the extra fees and 500 refundable deposit that had to be paid at time of booking.

House was clean and comfortable, lots of space in 3 bedroom 2 baths. Unfortunately pool was unheated so it was too cold to swim in. Convenient to Siesta beaches . We especially loved the free trolley that’s brought us to beaches and restaurants.

Ideal Home Base for a Siesta Key Adventure

We had an amazing stay at this property for our girls' trip to attend a friend's wedding. The house was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to spread out and get ready. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring Siesta Key. The location was fantastic, with a quick drive to all the major spots we wanted to visit. We would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Siesta Key. Highly recommend!

Place is big. Definitely could use updated furniture but the location is good. House was clean. Loved being able to use the beach chairs. Washer and dryer was very good, which I appreciate. Pool is also a plus, too cold for us to use in January but if it was warmer outside we would have used it.

Great value for what it offers.

This is for you if more space and a private pool and lanai beats the crowds on the beach. House appears on the market with older decor, but it's very clean with recent appliances and well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach and pool. Fishing poles were a nice touch.
