Welcome to Silver Palm Retreat, your ideal Sarasota escape located in the heart of the Gulf Gate neighborhood. This fully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy the best of Sarasota with all the comforts of home. Highlights include a private pool, a dedicated game room, a modern, fully stocked kitchen, and a prime location just a short walk to the popular Gulf Gate food and shopping district.

Home Features:
- Private, fully fenced backyard with pool (please note: pool is not heated)
-For added peace of mind, we’ve installed a pool door alarm as an extra layer of safety.
- Game room featuring foosball, Xbox, and a queen sleeper sofa
- Modern kitchen with brand-new refrigerator, cookware, and small appliances
- Comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests: Queen bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in guest bedroom, Trundle with two twin beds in third bedroom, and sleeper sofas in both the game room and main living area
- Smart TVs in every room, plus cable service
- Washer and dryer on-site
- Hurricane-impact windows throughout the home

- Small dogs considered with prior approval
- No smoking

- Off-street parking on driveway (no work vehicles/boats/trailers)
All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows 1 dog. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee for 1 pet. Make sure to pick up after your dog.

PERFECT experience!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with ITrip and the amazing rental we stayed in! The whole experience was great from start to finish. The house was clean, very well stocked, beds really comfortable. We appreciated how updated the house was, so many nice touches. Great location as well. ITrip service was impeccable. Already planning our next visit.
