"Parking is offsite. Our vehicle was burglarized during our stay. Make sure to complete the vehicle form- leave nothing in your car- vagebons loiter in the vacuity. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby well maintained and offered delicious snacks and coffee! Coffee self serve 24hrs. Excellent water pressure. "

"Beautiful room with modern amenities without impacting the charm. Very comfortable and quiet. Big, rustic coastal Victorian parlor with French doors that let in light and open onto a nice deck. Close to the coast and several great beaches, walks along the tidal marsh. "

"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...

"Cute cottage in a lovely neighborhood. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked. The main floor did get very hot and muggy, even with the fans & AC upstairs running."

"We had previously stayed at Felicia's property for a few weeks in late 2021 before moving out of the area so when we decided to return for a visit, it was a no-brainer to stay here again. And once again it didn't disappoint. We only stayed a few days this time but it once again provided a great base location from which to both visit SF as well as the South Bay. Communication with Felicia is always super easy and we'll gladly stay again when we return. "

"This was absolutely the perfect little cottage for myself and four other members of my family. We all loved it. Short walk to the beach and wetlands. Short drive to Pescadero and Half Moon Bay. It was spotless, well appointed, great fenced in yard for our fur babies and the beds were very comfy. Host communicated with me every step of the way. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future. Big shout out and thank to our host!"
