Beautiful Custom Home With Pool - A Short Walk from the Saratoga Racetrack

Beautiful custom built home walking distance to Saratoga Race Course. Fantastic location right in the heart of everything Saratoga has to offer - a few blocks from the Clubhouse entrance to the track, the Horseshoe, Siro's, Mexican Connection and Pennell's and approximately a mile to the downtown Broadway area. Available to rent throughout the year, but book now to secure your spot for track season!

Main house has 4 Beds, 3.5 Baths, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dual sided fireplace, hardwood floors, Crown moldings, 3,500 square feet, pool, patio and grill. 2 King and 2 Queen bed. There is both an upstairs and a downstairs master bedroom (each master bedroom has a King bed).

In addition to the main house, there is a basement apartment with a separate entrance available for rent. Pictures and pricing for this apartment is available upon request.

**Please note that the pricing on the listing is for the main house only and that booking the basement apartment entails an additional cost. Should you choose not to rent this apartment, it will remain unoccupied during your stay.**

The main house has sleeping accommodations for 8 people (assuming 2 people to a bed). Adding on the basement apartment provides sleeping accommodations for 2 more people, so we can accommodate groups of 10 if necessary.

The basement apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom (King bed), and a bathroom. Some of our renters have preferred the basement apartment to the master bedrooms in the main house!

If you have interest in renting on a monthly basis when the track is not in season, we can provide a quote for that as well.

In 2025, the pool will be open from April 30th through September 9th. There is an easy-to-use Intellicenter behind the garage that controls the pool functions, including the heater.

Sadly, we ask that no pets come along for your visit. We love dogs and our own little guy, Griffin, is very upset that he can't stay at the house when we are there. But we want any guests who may have allergies to feel comfortable during their stay.

Parties are not allowed at the house. You are welcome to invite friends and family over. You can certainly enjoy the pool area and have a nice barbecue on the grill. But if you are setting up speakers and re-creating Mitch-a-palooza from the movie Old School, you are going to make the neighborhood (and us) very upset. Please be a good neighbor while you are staying at our house. And as a general guideline, as the sun starts to go down, so should your volume outside of the house. There are noise ordinances in Saratoga and we don't want the boys in blue stopping by for a chat.
