Newly built luxurious 4 bedroom house walk to Downtown/Track/SPAC.

Built in 2019 and located in Saratoga Springs, this house is a dream. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxurious home is a 5 minute walk to Saratoga racecourse and 10 minute walk to downtown. It is easy access to SPAC as well as I-87 and only 25 minutes from Albany international airport. The spacious floor plan consists of a master king bedroom on the first floor as well as a second junior suite with a king bed on the second floor and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. There is a full kitchen with a large kitchen table, children's play area and office area with wifi throughout the house. The backyard patio has a large outside dining table as well as a fire pit, grill and playground area. The house has a washer and dryer and comes with plenty of amenities. This house is perfect for a family weekend get a way or a big group looking to go to the racetrack, SPAC or enjoy downtown Saratoga Springs. This place has it all. Perfect for family.

We came to Saratoga Springs to attend a family wedding. There were 8 people in our group(all adults) and this house was just the right size. There’s plenty of space to spread out, light and bright rooms and loads of space for eating and relaxing. The location was great for us. It’s in a nice community where so much is walkable and plenty of options to choose from for food. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely stunning and was perfect for a girls getaway. It is within walking distance to downtown or the track and nestled in a cute neighborhood. The home was clean and stocked with necessities including spare towels, sheets and toiletries. We all agreed that the beds were some of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on. Check in/out was very easy as was communication with the host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous property, wonderful location-our family (6 adults and 2 toddlers) had plenty of space and privacy both indoors and out. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a modern, high quality stay with easy walk ability to all downtown restaurants. Owners were wonderful to work with!
