"My stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and every detail reflects the care and pride the staff takes in creating a memorable experience. My room was spotless, comfortable, and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. The staff truly made this stay special. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of hospitality exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued throughout my visit. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious options each morning. I also enjoyed the pool and other amenities, all of which were clean, well-maintained, and inviting. My only recommendation would be to make the spa menu and room service menu available online before arrival. It would be helpful to browse treatment and dining options in advance to better plan a stay. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a relaxing getaway. "The property and room were very nice, and the staff were great! We especially liked the free breakfast buffet - lots of options. We travel to Costa Rica every year to visit family and stay at a hotel the night before we leave to be near the airport, and we will definitely be staying here again next year. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood. Clean room and bathroom, family friendly, nice pool. Super convenient location, close to a bunch of restaurants. The reason why I am not giving it a 5 stars is because I asked for an extra towel multiple times and they never delivered. Besides that breakfast was good, pool area was nice and cozy."

"Very friendly and welcoming stop close to SJO. Very characterful, the rooms are large with a great view over the valley. The extensive grounds have great walking trails - we saw an agouti - for early morning walks and a hummingbirds visible from the breakfast restaurant and the jacuzzi next to the swimming pool. Staff are very helpful and friendly, food was good."
