Some of the furniture seems a bit old, and some of it has some wear and tear in the bathroom, but generally it is adequate, well equipped and clean. I had a very bad experience in a different apartment across the road with a cockroach infestation (same company) but in this apartment there were no issues and I did not see any cockroach during the whole week.During this stay, I did not have to...

"Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals."

"Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. "We had an Easter break in this charming rustic stone building with open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen areas on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom (up 3 steps). The apartment is attractive and well equipped. There's a very comfortable 6' bed, lots of storage, dvd player, a large shower cubicle and wc. The property is set within beautiful tropical gardens with several secluded areas for dining or sun bathing by the clean pool. Nice touches were fresh flowers, towelling robes, a drinks...

"Pros: The area: great for walking. Furthermore the house is really cute and charming as it is in the pictures. Great host. Cons: These are not complaints but more for other guests to be aware off. What we missed the most: no view at all (in the back yard you only see the walls). You have to park the car in a very narrow space by the road and then walk a dark and uneven path for 50 meters to get to the house. In the house there are many steps and to get to the bedroom upstairs (open connection)...

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
