"The cottage was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, We really enjoyed and made good use of the fire pit. It was all set up and ready to light. Southwest Harbor is my favorite place to stay on the island. It is much less touristy than Bar Harbor but still has some good dining options as well as a nice coffee shop. We had a great stay."

"The property in Surry was just perfect for our use. The property is one of 3 manufactured homes on this property. The rental was clean, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. It is located on a quiet road and very drivable to many sightseeing attractions in the immediate area, Acadia NP being one of them. The AC came in handy during our stay as the weather was warm. The basic kitchen was good for us as we ate out every night. The washer and dryer were a good perk also. Overall a very good...

"We had a great stay over MDW in this comfortable and private cabin. The deck is awesome, and everything has been upgraded make this a charming, but modern and comfortable cabin. The bed and mattress are great, and we slept well after our hikes and adventures. Highly recommended.Great place to put up your feet after a hike!"

"The cottage is very well designed and comfortable. The location is not as desirable as it is situated near the road and pigs which makes sitting outside less appealing: there is a sour smell coming from the vegetable matter in the pig’s pen. That said once inside the cabin it is very charming. Even on very hot days the cabin cooled down at night. (No overhead fan in loft but small battery operated fans can be used). "Property was neat and clean. Provided with napkins tissues toiletries towels detergent basic kitchenette etc. it is located 10mins from Ellsworth and about 50 mins from acadia. Has bunk bed, small bed, futon and queen Size mattress. Has washer and dryer, which means reuse more and less to pack. It gets very dark in the night and can do star gazing. Overall worth it."
