You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

House of 215 m2, 6 bedrooms, suitable for 10/15 people maximum.

Each cottage has a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Free WIFI.

You have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, among which you will find table tennis, swing, volleyball net, petanque, picnic table and pool (open in July and August ) that are shared with other lodgings.

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with ballad advice, outings, good gastronomic addresses, a pet-sitting service is possible depending on the period.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we make sure by our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping areas "refuges", practicing the late mowing and completely excluding chemical weed killers and other insecticides. Regarding cleaning products we are attentive to their composition.

Cette maison est tres agréable pour une famille, pièce de vie spacieuse et certaines chambres sont isolées du bruit .L’extérieur tres appréciable.

Logement est pratique et propre (bien placé). Mais il y a beaucoup d'insectes, fourmis chambre et cuisine, gros milles pattes côté salon en Bas... Plinthes et contours de fenêtres avec des espaces (d'où les fourmis passent). on en avait du coup dans les brioches pdj et nos sacs.

Nous logeons au gîte de Vitrac pour la 2ième année. Nous apprécions le nombre de pièces puisque nous sommes 15, la piscine, la proximité de nombreux sites touristiques et le prix de la location.

Tres bien pour une reunion de famille, logement tres propre mais l ameublement et aspect exterieur du site vetuste..un prix plus bas ne serait il pas envisageable quand la piscine n est pas ouverte et entretenue ?

Maison spacieuse, à plusieurs niveaux où l'on peut être tous ensemble mais aussi profiter d'espaces à part. Très bon emplacement près des sites touristiques. Espaces communs (piscine, terrains...) Très agréable.

Propriété très bien située. , location calme. Accès à une grande piscine très agréable. Maison équipée convenablement, dommage que la maison montre des signes de vétusté car elle a beaucoup de potentiel.

Propriété très agréable par sa situation pour des vacances en famille.Nos enfants et petits enfants ont appréciés la piscine. Les activités dans les environs sont très nombreuses, (patrimoine culturel,gastronomie,canoé cayak etc....) Sur le plan confort, la maison est un peu rustique, les literie ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Sinon pour le reste c'est fonctionnel
