Great Summer stay twixt town and country

The house and grounds are beautiful, so peaceful, surrounded by nature, not overlooked. The outside kitchen and eating area were such a bonus and we used it everyday. The temperatures climbed to 30 degrees so we loved having the pool and shaded areas as well as the boules, badminton and table tennis. All only a few Kim’s from the beautiful town of Sarlat and many more villages of the Dordogne - there is so much to do if you can tear yourself away from the house!

We stayed at Stephane's place (the host) as it was in a convenient location between Bergerac Airport and some of the points of interests such as Gouffre de Padirac. Not only the property is situated in a great peaceful location, but it also works very well for two families with 2 master bedrooms downstairs, and a big dorm for the kids upstairs. It is also worth mentioning that Sarlat is a must-see place. Ultimately, the property was absolutely spot on for us, but Stephane's kindness and availability made it ever better.

Merci encore à Stephane pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Toujours à notre écoute.Une chouette semaine. Belle maison très bien équipée avec piscine, ping-pong et jardin, très calme, fonctionnelle et entourée d'une belle forêt à qqs minutes de Sarlat. Nous avons même eu la chance de croiser les biches et le lievre ds le jardin mais pas de sanglier cette semaine.La description et les photos sont très exactes.Nous recommandons cette maison.

Mis à part le ménage qui était superficiel (toiles d'araignée dans les chambres, sanitaires, four) il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Des précisions pour trouver le lieu à l'arrivée seraient utiles.

Que du bonheur !

J'ai loué la résidence de M. ALBERT pour regrouper pendant 15 jours mes enfants et petits-enfants sous un même toit. En plus du bonheur familial nous avons été enchantés par l'accueil fort sympathique de M. ALBERT et la grande confiance qu'il nous a témoigné, ce qui est fort agréable. La maison possède tous les équipements mobiliers et ménagers pour vivre à 10 personne sans souci. En plus un terrain avec des équipements de jeux et surtout une piscine bien agréable, fait face à la maison et permet aux enfants de s'ébattre sans danger. Le summum est une tonnelle équipée qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors et de faire des veillées car en plus le secteur au bout d'un chemin est particulièrement calme. Merci M. ALBERT de nous avoir permis de vivre un tel moment !

génial......

Vraiment de vraies vacances. Perdue au bout d'un chemin à l'abris des voisins et des regards, la maison a tenue toutes les promesses qu'on espérait tous d'elle. Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifique mal grès les quelques jours de pluies qui nous ont permis de nous rendre compte du seul inconvénient de cette super maison : manger a 10 autour de la table a l'intérieur est compliqué. Des que nous avons réintégrés la cuisine d'été ce fut un regal pour tous. La maison est vraiment tout confort et décorée avec goût, il y a tous les matériels nécessaire. Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine très bien aménagée et sécurisée. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse absolu et toujours dispo.Vraiment nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances très reposantes, la région est magnifique avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cette belle maison. Merci encore au propriétaire pour son accueil et l'agréable surprise que nous avons découverte lorsque nous avons pris possession des lieux, vraiment un grand merci . Celine et toute la troupe.

Rien à redire.. Parfait!

Gite très agréable, très bien situé, et super bien équipé. On ne manquait jamais de rien! Très joli jardin et piscine très appréciée de tout le monde. Le plus: la cuisine d'été dont nous avons profité tous les jours (matin, midi et soir). Elle est très bien équipée aussi, et c'est un énorme + A la fois proche de Sarlat et dans un environnement plus qu'agréable, très boisé, et au calme, c'était parfait. Le gite était très propre et bien entretenu, et il correspond bien à la description (encore mieux, même) N'hésitez pas. Céline J (49)

Très bien !

Belle maison bien aménagée et bien équipée. Aux portes de Sarlat, environnement tranquille (pas de voisins en proximité directe) avec bel espace extérieur (piscine, cuisine d'été et terrain). Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très bon accueil. En résumé, une belle semaine dans un cadre très agréable ! Les enfants (et les parents !) ont apprécié.

Nous avons visité une multitude d'endroits avant de faire ce choix. Toute ma famille, grands et petits totalement enchantés par ce lieu qui comporte absolument tous les avantages avec en plus gentillesse et discrétion d'un propriétaire très sympa qui fait tout pour vous accueillir au mieux. Chaque année ce propriétaire ajoute un plus à sa maison ou à son terrain. (c'est sa propre maison le reste de l'année.)cet automne les fauteuils piscines seront renouvelés. Ayant eu beau temps, nous avons pris nos repas exclusivement à l'extérieur, près de la piscine protégée, sous un préau avec petite cuisine. Petits déjeuners sur une terrasse face à la verdure. Jeux de boules, ping pong, portique, piscine, que manque-t-il ? Sarlat tout près tout en étant en pleine verdure. Toute ma grande famille demande à revenir. J'assure donner cet avis en toute liberté et j'assure aussi qu'il est quasi impossible de trouver meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour cette région. Les bonnes choses sont à dire comme les mauvaises. Oui un fauteuil piscine d'abimé sur je ne sais plus combien. Ridicule même de le noter. Chapeau pour cet endroit idéal, même pour famille un peu nombreuse.

Très belle maison idéalem...

Très belle maison idéalement placée à 5 minutes du centre historique de Sarlat. Cuisine d'été très appréciable, équipements très satisfaisants, grands volumes intérieurs. Propriétaire très sympathique. Rapport qualité-prix +++++ Seul petit bémol, manque des transats autour de la piscine, cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner.
