On the ground floor you will find a large living room equipped with a sofa and a stove, ideal for warming up in winter. A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. You will also find the kitchen equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a cafetière, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, crockery and the necessary equipment for cooking. You will have access to the first floor where you will discover the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed also with a shower room and separate toilet. A second living room with a television and an orange decoder box, a DVD player, games, as well as a desk and library ideal if you wish to work from home. A sofa also converts into a bed if you need an extra sleeping space. You will also find two terraces with furniture to make the most of them as well as an electric barbecue.

A parking space is available in front of the house.



For the security of the property, an alarm with camera is present in the living room facing the entrance door, but it is deactivated during rentals to preserve the privacy of tenants.
