    This cottage is a 200m2 Périgord villa on a plot of 2500 m2, ensuring calm and comfort. It comprises:

    4 bedrooms from 16 to 17 m2 – 1 bedroom with double bed (160/200) + 1 bathroom and WC – 1bedroom with double bed (160/200) + shower room and WC – 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90×200) + shower room and WC, single beds can be converted into a double bed.
    1 dining room of 45m2, with equipped American kitchen (L V, fridge with freezer, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, oven, microwave, hob)

Location

We had a great time. The only thing was the house is on top of a hill. Had to use the car to go to town and places. On the other hand it was quiet and had privacy. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Lovely villa. Great location

Perfect villa for a family holiday. Very spacious and all bedrooms are en-suite. Swimming pool, location and landscape gardens were lovely.

We spent a week in the villa in August 2022. We were incredibly disappointed to find the following: Dirty/stained sitting room furniture Very overgrown garden- unlike the photos, the pool could not be seen from the house patio so children could not be safely watched in the pool. All external areas needed attention including broken exterior lights, damaged decking, Broken parasol, etc. House accommodated 8 but only 5 (max) comfortable seats in sitting room Broken switches on BBQ Showers flooded in all wet rooms - floors had to be swept and dried after each shower as everything got very wet. Toilet blocked (however owner rectified this) Mismatched garden furniture. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher specification as per the photos. However the air con was very efficient.

Good location

The general cleanliness of the house was good but some of the furnishings and fittings were not in good order: stained sofas, leaking toilet and shower, broken sunshade. The pool was very good and the air conditioning welcome during some very hot days.
