10/10 Excellent
"I just loved this hotel and I will go out of my way to stay here again. I was travelling solo and I arrived pretty jaded after a gruelling week of business and travel. However, I left completely relaxed and refreshed! The rooms are wonderful with a modern Dolomite stone and wood style to them. Very spacious so I could completely unpack and re-pack with ease. It was very comfortable, warm and had good WiFi. I used the Spa, but FYI you ideally need to pre-book and it's an extra Euro 15 for a hour. It was quiet when I went in and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were superb, clean and relaxing. The restaurant specialised in wine and steaks. I enjoyed a generous 800g t-bone steak, which I accidentally ordered with chips / fries, which were top quality. Yes, fries are technically fried potatoes, but I actually wanted fried potatoes. Slight language barrier! The wine was exquisite and I had a tomato and anchovy starter. Wonderful quality food, nicely presented. Slept so well, which is paramount. Breakfast included was excellent. Cold food, hot cooked food, pastries, yoghurts etc, as you'd expect. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. A slightly later check out wasn't a problem, which is nice. Ample parking. Outdoor pool for the summer. This hotel was exactly what I hoped for plus more. I would definitely stay again. Loved it."

"Erika made our stay incredible! Before we arrived, she arranged vineyard tours and tastings. And she was a smiling face every morning during our delicious breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend eating at the on-site restaurant- wine and food was delicious. And a bonus that time at the spa is included- a lovely way to unwind after a long day."

"The hotel, the location and staff if excellent. It is quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. Perfect to relax close to nature. The man made lake provides perfect backdrop. The hotel staff is very helpful from the moment we checked in with Gloria. I would always recommend booking the Spa as soon as you done the hotel booking. Anna at the bar was brilliant when she made my drink she made it perfectly and even asked me to check if it is to my likings. Breakfast was lovely with both hot and cold options. We were served by (apologies if I say the name wrong) Marianeal, she was running the show as one man band. From leading the guests to the tables, topping up the food, getting us hot drinks and clearing the tables. Nothing was too much for her. There are few drawbacks in the hotel I found, where the hotel needs to improve on. One of them was no room water available. Everything you have to purchase as part of mini bar, even water with marked up prices. Even around the hotel you have to purchase bottled water. Rooms had slippers to offer but no gowns. Being a four star hotel I would expect that to be available. Bar prices were quite steep as well but expected being a remote location. I guess you pay for the location and feel rather than the actual drink. Check out time was changed from 12 to 11 and was only notified at the reception at the time of checking in, but Gloria swiftly rectified that for us. So all in all a very good, nice relaxing hotel."
