"I liked most things about my hotel stay. A couple of things that happened was I told the front desk that my tv wasn’t working properly and I asked them to see if they could fix it, it wasn’t done. I then asked about housekeeping and was told they don’t clean unless you give them permission, didn’t know that. Glad I asked, I needed fresh towels and toilet paper.
