"Location in the middle of batumi "

"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Horrible communication between Expedia and the property. I had to call Expedia myself to be able to check in and get my room #. The room was disgusting with hair, dirt and burnt cigarettes in the room. Unacceptable."

"The apartment is designed beautifully and it is new, however it is also unfinished. The walls are not painted and the floors are unfinished. This resulted in a white chalk-like substance on my luggages. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are not installed properly which resulted in them falling off the wall when I used it. The counter top is also not sealed and the balcony is unfinished and doesn't appear safe if you are traveling with children. There was no one onsite to assist me when I...

"Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. "Excellent location—easily walkable to sights. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Free bottles of water daily. Breakfast served 8-11am and had good variety. For VIP guests, be sure to get your free bottle of wine—it’s actually quite good. Only complaint was slow WiFi. "

Best hotel in Batumi

"Best hotel in Batumi ! Staff are helpful, from check in to check out. Spa facility is amazing (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath until 11pm) also the spa treatments and friendly staff. Outdoor pool has great atmosphere The beach (has stones and not sand, bring proper water shoes) is beautiful with sunbeds (10 lari each) The restaurant at the pool is good also the one on 20th floor has great views and food you should start there. There are many restaurants around the hotel (much cheaper than the one in the hotel), the boardwalk is 2 minutes away from the hotel and it is beautiful can also rent a scooter/ bicycle/ large bicycle of 4 people etc.. can ride around to either directions- the mall (go left)/ ali&nino moving statue/ Ferris wheel (go right). Taxi from airport to the hotel 10-15 lari, only cash (if you order from the hotel it cost around 40). Will definitely return to this specific and great hotel."

Opinions about the hotel

"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "
