I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent. "
