The lovely beachfront apartment Casa Nicole is located in Perd'e Sali in southern Sardinia and boasts a fantastic view of the sea. The 50 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Pros: Direkt am Meer, schöner Strand, ruhig. Sehr sauber, Freundliche Gastgeber & gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Cons: Keine Restaurants/Einkaufsmögöichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Auto aber viele Angebote innerhalb 7-10min fahrtweg

Pros: Gut hat uns der Ausblick gefallen. Jeden Tag aufs Meer zu sehen ist einfach toll. Cons: Am Meer kann man nicht wirklich liegen. Es sind viele Steine am Srand. Also es gibt viel schönere Strände auf Sardinien wie der Hausstrand des Hauses. Leider ist das Haus sehr Hellhörig. Man hört wenn sich die über einen im Bett drehen, auf Toilette gehen und wenn sie mit den Stühlen Rücken. Leider sind die Betten schon sehr durch gelegen. Wir fanden es an für sich gut aber nicht für diesen Preis.
