Single villa from Titti and Carlo a stone's throw from the sea

This is a detached villa with garden on 4 sides, with 8 + (2 on request) beds has 3 parking spaces and covered motorcycle spaces, remains in a housing development called Porto Columbu and is 5 km from the center of Pula, remains at about 150 meters from the sea. The villa is on one floor raised from the ground by two steps, and has a lounge with sofas and bookcase and a dining area with a large extendable table with up to 10 seats and a fireplace and the kitchen is open with a table divided into masonry to make breakfast, the kitchen has all the accessories as if you were at home, has a washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes, services and cutlery for dining. In colder periods there is a fireplace and various electric stoves; it also has an air-conditioned area both in the living area and in the sleeping area. The garden is taken care of every week by the trusted gardener, at the check in and at the check out our attendant will be present who will give you the indications that you will request. The rooms of which 3 are double and one is a double room, all have wardrobes for your needs and inside there will be sheets and towels for change. There are two toilets, one with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine and one with a bathtub. The house is equipped with an alarm and a safe inside. Outdoor barbecu area.
Our staff is available to receive you at check-in - check-out also at other times, subject to agreements and fees if during the night.

Le bonheur est à Porto Columbu

Malgré quelques améliorations à apporter maison très agréable à partager entre amis, très conviviale et bien équipée. Une grande terrasse couverte idéale pour des repas sans fin à refaire le monde. Situation idéale dans un quartier très tranquille, calme et reposant à seulement 10 minutes à pieds d'une petite plage familiale et à 1/4 d'heure en voiture de la ville de Pula, ville très animée, avec de bons restaurants, des boutiques et tous commerces. Des plages de rêve à découvrir à partir d'1/2 heure de voiture. Mention spéciale à l'accueil des Sardes qui gardent une tradition de l'hospitalité rare aujourd'hui.
