"Der Aufenthalt war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Schönes sauberes Zimmer, nette Gastgeber, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen und uns hilfreich zur Seite standen. Leider hat uns FEWO direkt im Vorfeld schon eine Gebühr für die Klimaanlage berechnet, obwohl wir sie gar nicht benutzt haben (112 Euro)!! Ist nicht in Ordnung und sollte erst vor Ort bezahlt werden bei tatsächlicher Nutzung. "

Die Einrichtung ist neu, komfortabel und für unsere Erwartungen auch vollständig. Uns standen im Appartement beispielsweise ein großer LED-TV, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Fön, ausreichend Schränke (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) usw. zur Verfügung. "We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped, centrally located flat in Hévíz. Being steps away from the thermal lake and great restaurant options made for an enjoyable week in town, plus we could easily explore the surrounding Lake Balaton area. "Mostly a very good experience. The pools need a spruce up - weeds growing between the paving stones around the outdoor pool, for example. The refrigerator in the room (was a mini bar in a past life but had nothing in it when we arrived) failed to chill drinks & receptionist said "it is not really a fridge, it is a minibar so its purpose is not to cool". Food is very good, only issue was around my nut allergy. People would move the little labels around so it was hard to see which label referred to which dessert. Otherwise a good experience. Tip: hotel guests can enter the neighbouroung arboretum free of charge. No need to walk outside the hotel grounds and pay for entry."
