This 90 m² house located in Sarzeau has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.



His garden is ideal for relaxing moments on fine days and for enjoying good barbecues on summer evenings.



The interior of the house is very pleasant. The dining room invites you to gather around its table and share dishes prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker and kettle). The lounge, a cosy corner with a lovely opening onto the garden, will allow you to have a nap in front of the television.



In the evening, you will be able to rest in one of the 3 bedrooms in the house, all with a peaceful atmosphere and equipped with double beds, offering an atmosphere conducive to a restful night.



Finally, two bathrooms are available: the first with green tones and the second with neutral tones, then an independent toilet is available on the ground floor.



For even more comfort, you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board. Furthermore, two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.
