The Cocoonr agency in Sarzeau, 300m from the port of Saint-Jacques and the coastal paths, offers the following rental options, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi. This 85 m² house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet and garage with laundry area. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet. There is a 150 m² garden with table and garden furniture. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, lounge, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160x2000)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine.

Outside:
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings close to the beach and coastal paths. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

Nid sablé "Maison très agréable, bien équipée pour la cuisine, jolie vaisselles ! Belle décoration inspiration marine. 3 chambres dont une petite mais cosy avec un très bon lit. Une des chambres a un canapé lit mais cela reste confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le linge de toilette et de lit ,« confort hôtel »! Je recommande cette maison très bien placé pour visiter la région. A pied en 5 mn du port st Jacques, 10mn à pied de la plage st jacques…"
