The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with a central island, a 4-burner gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The living room/lounge area has a TV. The first bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
The opposite wing houses a second bedroom with a double bed, a closet (shelves/wardrobe), a separate toilet, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, a closet (shelves/wardrobe), and a terrace access.
The garden of approximately 500 m² (5,400 sq ft) is enclosed only on the terrace side (partly by fencing and part by hedges). The terrace has an awning. Garden furniture is provided. PETS: Small dogs only. No cats.
End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and €800 security deposit.
