"Natural onsen is amazing "

"Everything was amazing.. but they charge you for every little thing. If you have friends visiting while you are there they charge per person for them just being there whether they are staying or not. There were many extra fees. Everyone was nice and accommodating though. My son enjoyed his camping experience there for his birthday. "

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"I stayed here 9 days with my kids age 12 and 10. We had a great time 😊 we each had our own bed, a beautiful view, great service. My kids spent hours in the pool which was never crowded. Staff was also very helpful. Two of the days we were there was a typhoon but it was fine. We just relaxed. Only thing to note there is a beach but it's across a busy 6 lane road with no cross walk. Also dining in was very expensive for dinner. But there are plenty of options for dining out nearby. We would...

"Very clean modern hotel with helpful, courteous staff. It's close to a monorail stop and a short walk from Kukosai Dori. There's also a stacked car garage (for a fee) if needed. Rooms are cleaned daily with comf beds, effective ac, balcony, safe, etc."
