In our room, there was no shampoo provided. I had trouble turning on the shower because the handle that controls the water was completely hidden. When I contacted the reception at 8 PM, there was no one available to help, and the person inside the hotel couldn’t come out from behind the reception desk. Everything else seemed fine, but I think with a bit of renovation, it could look much better.

This location is great! It is right off circle drive so anywhere in the city is only minutes away. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. Will be happy to stay there again and again
Breakfast is good, the coffee was delicious
I message the hotel in advance requesting early check in. I get the typical automated reply from email bot saying "We will do whatever we can to accomodate but cannot gaurantee... blah blah". I assume it will be fine.
Arrive day of and request in person to check in a few hours early. The poor girl at the front desk, with tears in eyes explains how she has just been verbally assaulted by the housekeeping manager for letting people check in early. Explains that I will have to wait four hours to check in at 4:00 pm, because her incompetent housekeeping manager cannot manage to clean a single room before 4:00 pm.
This hotel lied and did not honor the deal that they would do "whatever they could to accomodate".
The baited me to believe they would do what they said until the last moment when it was too late to cancel my booking.
I was forced to rent another hotel room at my own expense. Hotel is operated by scammers. Never again.

Asked for a cab for 3:30 am they called us at 2:45 to say our cab was waiting. Was not ready of course. Then rush down there and no cab had to wait another 15-20 mins. They tried to say I asked for 3am. I did not.

The rooms are small. The beds are maybe a twin or double. Small for 2 and we’re not large people.
On check in, the person was efficient, but seems a little distant. The room was all I needed, not spotless, but not dirty either. The restaurant was convenient being insight and I would say the food was average. Ample outdoor parking.
Room was clean & comfortable, staff were courteous & helpful. I was taken aback when offered a sandwich for breakfast, there was also a muffin...but really there could have been a carafe of hot water with tea options offered and possibly yogurt & fruit.
We've stayed at the Heritage 3 times in last year. Initially, we thought it was a comfortable hotel and valued accordingly. The second visit was ok, but we tried the restaurant and were underwhelmed. It was adequate but very plain for the price. The third visit, the hotel was higher in price. TV did not work, and tried to call the front desk. The phone was broken as well. Will be giving the Heritage a pass for awhile. It lived up to the 2 star rating this time.

I was asking nicely if they have water, over the phone staff answered No, and hung up. I was gonna have a ff up question but they hung up the phone. Buffet food was terrible.

I usually go down for doctors appointments, tv didn’t work all night probably won’t stay there again
The hotel lobby was beautiful, then you went to your room. The tv didn’t work, the light and plug by the bed didn’t work, the bathroom light had a terrible flicker and no Kleenex. The room was very worn and dated.

Booked a bed with a queen room but was given a room with two doubles
Asked front desk for an extra pillow, was told they had no extra pillows absolutely anywhere in the hotel (we were also told that in Oct. when we stayed… what hotel doesn’t have a single extra pillow?) The free breakfast buffet in the morning was awful, we couldn’t finish our plates and both felt sick afterwards. Customer service at front desk wasn’t great, seemed like they had better things to do. Upon checkout, we walked up to the counter and the receptionist was on the phone but instead of waiting until she was done, she took our room key and waved us off. This is likely our last stay here.
Door closers on the room have not been adjusted, every time someone leaves their room they slam. There is an extra charge for a extremely underwhelming breakfast, outdated rooms, tiny television, double beds instead of queens. Bathroom light flickers and loud ticking bathroom fan. Parking lot was extremely icy with no sanding or salting. Staff was friendly, room was clean.
Staff courteous. Facility is very tired yet clean.
All efforts seemed to be made to use and provide the cheapest supplies possible - toilet paper (1ply), soap, small bathtowels (child size) etc. Breakfast did not include any fruit, yogurt, or toast. Instead, fake eggs, boxed sausage patties, bagged home fries, and very dry french toast.
Hotel is only 3 minutes from airport yet did not provide shuttle. A shuttle may have made up for the shortcomings.
2.5 stars
Hotel lobby is modern and appealing. Rooms are not - they are cramped and dated but clean. Unappetizing breakfast with four heated steel bins holding a minute amount of food at 8 a.m. (scrambled eggs, fried potato cubes, over cooked bacon and pancakes) Another table had coffee urns and ice water. No yogurt, bread, fruit or cereal options. The check in person was friendly and efficient, even at 4:00 a.m. and a messed up booking.
