The room was renovated and in fairly good condition. The room’s sink had difficulties draining though but no big deal. The manager who let me check in early and upgraded my room was very friendly and nice. I was charged extra on my check out for some reason, but I called and they said it was an error by a new employee and they promptly fixed it. My only issue was that the people outside of the bars were very loud at night (Weeknd stay) and in the people in rooms were also very loud partying. Also, heavy smoke and marijuana smells walking into the lobby every single day. If you can get past that and the noise, the stay was fine.
Hotel was gross, did not include a breakfast as advertised and had people literally running up and down the halls at 2 am and then an argument/fight broke out and I was actually scared.
There was a lot of undesirable people staying at the hotel. It’s too bad. The staff were excellent and the hotel was newly renovated. It’ll be trashed in no time.

The staff were great, and rooms were pretty decent. It’s the other patrons that you need to be leery of. Swimming pool area is fantastic but didn’t feel safe enough to actually use it. I wish
Room was clean but parties all night with no stopping from Security. Definitely NOT a place for a solo female traveller. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not feel safe with all the hallway yelling, slamming doors. My call to the front desk did not get any response. I certainly was glad to be l was leaving in the morning.
The bed was old and had a big dip in the middle. The bathroom cabinets looked ratty and beaten up. The pool closed at 9 would have like to see at least 10 pm

We all thought for the price we pd no breakfast was kinda a disappointment almost $70 for three people to eat. The rooms were nothing special, we had a bathroom door that didnt close properly and when we went to speak to them about it we were told weather shifts it. We had to pay 150 security and as far as i know it has not been returned to us. Also pool closed at 9 so kids never even had a chance to swim, so we pd that amount for the pool and it closes early. So all in all it was fine but not the greatest.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff wasnt very nice, I asked for a cot twice before arriving and they said yes theres an additional charge i said no problem ill pay it and when arriving the front dest was rude and said there was no cots available. I will never be staying there again. It was a horrible sleep.
Ok this is an old hotel, one of the city originals. For the past 20 years it had really been a bit of a dive.
Right now it is going through renovations for 2 years. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was very nice indeed.
Stay was quiet, bed was comfortable lots of pillows, bathroom is renovated good shower and hot water.
Good pool and hot tub, but open only til 9pm, a bit of a downer.
Good restaurant it tasted good and had a decent price.
There is a bar, and all staff were wonderful. Every one. Front desk, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It reaked like Marijuana as everyone outside was smoking it right by the door, the hotel was super loud like being at a rock concert and the hotel itself was dated horribly, and the worst part? The fire exit doors were locked, you can not access the stairwell from the main level forcing you into the elevator. This was a horrible experience and the worst hotel experience we have ever had, We would never return. On the plus side Expedia has earned our business forever as they really looked after this during this experience.

The doors to the rooms have 1” gaps on the bottom and top of the doors. Our room was nice. Unfortunately you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette and pot smoke to get into the hotel, faint cigarette smell through the entire hotel 😷
