Most notable is how responsive the owner was. It was a pleasure to work with the family. Dryer broken, fixed next day. Needed a HDMI cable, hanging from the door handle in a few hours. Extra towels, not a problem - appears shortly. Leanient with checking out, which was much appreciated. Definitely, will be the number one choice for me to stay with them when in Saskatoon.

I think the owners will by doing a minor upgrade to the walk-in shower. This appears to be a suite originally constructed for tenants - likely USASK students. It has everything you need for a stay in the area including a small but complete kitchen. A couple of streaming services are also available. Recommended.

My bedside table was sticky, and there were numerous bugs in the light fixtures, as well as a centipede that we found in the bathroom. The place was decent enough for what we needed, but I would not stay here again.
