The family room was awesome for my bday party and had plenty of space. The two pool areas are incredible and having a pool, waterside and hot tub make for the perfect evening! I also really enjoyed the 4pm check in and 11am check out as it left me with plenty of time to pack up.

Reception and all encountered staff were pleasant, helpful and just so nice. Rooms were comfy and clean. Pool area and slides were well kept, clean and great for the kids. We didn’t eat there, can’t comment on why this resort has a rating below what they deserve. Frequented the hotel in 1990’s with our kids, now with our grandchild. I would say 8+ for this gem of a family stay.

Not in the most ideal location, and although the price was fair, the room was fairly clean (some dog kibble was still there from the last guests), and the attached restaurants made our stay easier, there were too many little things (dirty stairwells, food and garbage in the hallways, groups of drinking teens at some entrances/exits, etc.) that addd up to an "OK" stay instead of a great stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the restaurant bartender/waiter was extremely helpful, but the stay could have been better with a bit more attention to cleanliness.
