"The hotel felt very dated and poorly maintained overall. We were upgraded after the first room did not meet expectations, which was appreciated, but unfortunately the newer room still had visible mildew and an old, worn-out feel. I’ve honestly stayed in hostels that were in better condition. The staff were friendly, although service was not particularly helpful at times. I also wouldn’t recommend dining at the on-site restaurants. Dinner itself was decent, but the service from the waitstaff felt unprofessional. The breakfast buffet was priced at $35 and did not offer good value for the quality provided — there are much better dining options nearby for a lower cost. The outdoor pools were enjoyable but clearly in need of better upkeep, with leaves and dirt often left in the water. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were especially disappointing, as they appeared very old, unclean, and heavily affected by mildew and mold. Overall, the facilities did not feel sanitary or well maintained. Wouldn’t go back, the price was very high for what was provided. Photos are bit what you’re getting, you should book the east wing not the west tower!!"

"The location was great walkable to everything..the building was clean and new and well maintain. Only the water pressure in the shower was not strong. But otherwise our Stay is amazing. We will be back again."

"We booked the same day as our arrival and never received any information on how to check in — a small but telling detail. I called Jason and we were given the code, with not many apologies. We were in Suite 3 — worth noting for anyone booking: the photos on Hotels.com are of Suite 4. Suite 3 faces both the lake and the parking lot, so keep the blinds closed unless you're comfortable being part of the scenery. The stairway and balcony looked as though they hadn't been swept or cleaned since last season — possibly the season before. The A/C remote was missing, leaving us unable to turn off the cold air blowing directly over the bed. I called the assistance number twice with no answer, sent a text to Jason, and am still waiting. Needless to say, it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The floors were also dirty. The bathroom lighting is exceptionally poor, and the dark shower curtain makes it feel like you're showering in the dark — a bold design choice for a room that charges for comfort. Other than that, it was fine. But we wouldn't book here again based on the price-to-customer-service ratio — and the ratio was not flattering."

"The place was amazing for hosting a whole bunch of people, granted the two rooms of bed bunks are a pain for the groups of adults who snore but other than that it was a wonderful stay! We had a ton of fun playing lots of pool, had a pool tournament and a foosball tournament. The sauna is a nice touch, we used it both nights and got it up to 56C which was plenty hot enough! The owners are very accommodating and the FSR is so close you can technically leave straight from the house on your ATV or UTV (though not legally advisable). The grill worked great, the kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and the neighbours are very friendly and can tell you all about the area. The price may seem a bit on the higher side but if you fill all the beds it’s very affordable and with all the amenities it’s well worth it for a very fun and amazing long weekend with family and/or friends! Highly recommended, and I would love to stay there again if I have another group trip coming up in the future! Loved that weekend, it’s one for the books and everyone will remember it forever "

"Very comfortable, clean and well equpped condo for 5 ladies. It had everything we needed. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus. Perfect accommodation for a girls getaway weekend! Beautiful condo!"

"I really would not stay anywhere else when I visit Harrison again. Actually, I would even recommend this location if you are visiting Agassiz or Sasquatch National Park. The Lily Pad was a perfect size for two people. It is fully stocked kitchen-wise. My son loved the view of the creek with ducks and geese and the awesome tree swing. We saw nearby guests enjoying the hot tub (we did not have time but we saw there were robes and beach towels provided). The grounds are such that you have privacy even if you are sitting on your porch. We will be back for sure. "
