Holiday home Villa La Quercia is a beautiful property that includes WiFi internet and pool. The apartment / condo has been divided into a total of three separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably. Conveniently located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano. If playing a round of golf is important while on holiday, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Fresia (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom and can accommodate up to four people.

Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.
