Enjoy your privacy on the spacious communal grounds, especially as the beautiful communal pool is just a short walk away. Serve yourself breakfast on the open terrace and use the brick barbecue for cosy evenings in the balmy summer air.



Take a hike through the Poggio Neri Nature Park or follow the thermal trail to the hot springs of Terme di Sassetta. Take part in a wine tasting in the medieval village of Suvereto or cycle through the vineyards of the Strada del Vino. Sunbathe on the beach at San Vincenzo and stop off at a cosy taverna in Bolgheri to sample regional specialities.



Please note: The pool is 500 metres from the house and is shared with the guests of two other houses.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.
