Between Le Marche and Umbria, near five Natural Parks, it's ideal for relax, trekking, hiking, mountain biking, horse hiking and birdwatching. Near Gubbio, Assisi and Urbino you can also have enogastronomic and culture itinerary: DOC wines and pasta + arts and culture go hand in hand.
The House:
Innovative design solutions and environmental carefulness maintein climate comfort, both during the summer and winter. The house is made warm and comfortable even with natural light and the choices of the furniture. The owners main objectives are hospitality, availability and home care in every detail.
The ground floor overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful garden is characterized by large windows that provide natural light. Here are the living room and the kitchen well equipped, rooms with separate entrance. First floor there is a sitting area with a beautiful view of the hills and wide over the TV area.

All the wine tours can be done by private transportation with driver, lunch either in the chosen location or at a local restaurant and guided visit of the surrounding town and match with all tours or excursion.

GRAPE HARVEST
From the vine to the bottle. During specific periods of the year, guests can take advantage of one of the most precious events of Italian Agriculture. Watch the farmers collect the grapes from the vines and take it through the process until the eventual distillation of the wine, where you can sample a home made and natural glass of wine.

CHEF SCHOOL IN YOUR "OWN" VILLA- ca. 2 hours
The chef school takes place in your holiday home, where you will be taught a whole Italian menu consisting of antipasti, starters, main course and dessert. You will end the night by tasting your dinner in your own surroundings. The price is dependant on the menu you choose. Order at Local Living and we will sort the practicalities with the chef.
