Pur comprendendo lo stile pratico e spartano del B&B ... ho trovato la stanza poco curata e affetta da segni del tempo risolvibili, a mio giusizio, se ci fosse un'attenzione da chi preposto alla cura delle stanze: Segni evidenti di strisciate sui muri e cattivo odore lasciato probabilmente da qualche fumatore che ha eluso il divieto aureo (regola d'oro riportata sulle porte delle stanze con tanto di rischio multa) di fumo nella stanza. Sottolineo in ultimo la grande difficoltà nel trovare un parcheggio di sera di fronte all'albergo in quanto lo stesso è condiviso con una palestra ed altre attività poste nel medesimo palazzo.

Large, comfortable room. Unusually large TV provided. Easy parking. Industrial area so not scenic/walkable. Excellent restaurant next door but there are cheaper options in easy driving distance (outside of Sassuolo). Sassuolo itself isn't particularly driver-friendly so one is better off heading to nearby towns for restaurants. Large supermarket up the road and small refrigerator (empty) in room so can use as personal mini bar. AC may require assistance from hotel staff to make function properly.

Cambiato quattro camere una peggio dell'altra

Pulizia bagno inesistente. Soffione doccia intasato. Cambiato quattro camere: una con acqua gialla dai rubinetti nonostante avessi provato a lasciarla aperta oltre dieci minuti, un'altra con luce bagno rotta, alla fine mi hanno proposto una con lavandino intasato. Il portiere gentilissimo era imbarazzato nel constatare lo stato di degrado. Decisamente non proponibile.

Hotel ok, but some exposed wiring of lights in both bathroom and main room. They may have been disconnected at the mains, but still could be a hazard. TV system also difficult to drive!, not very user friendly..
