"This is not about the Hotel, I ended up booking direct through the Hotel its self. I booked & paid for this hotel through Hotels.com, within minuetes of booking & paying I realised I’d booked the wrong dates, so I tried straight away to swap the dates on Hotels.com & the system wouldn’t allow me to do that, so I contacted customer services & was told I couldn’t change or cancel my booking as they had contacted the hotel & the hotel had refused my request to change cancel. "The room was clean and ready for us We arrived in the pouring rain and dark. It was easy to find the Repsol garage but difficult to get to the hotel. We had to drive over a pot holed area beside the garage. There was no one at the hotel ( you check in at the garage), there was no information about where or at what time we could eat and no ideas on how to walk to the restaurant (in the rain) I would not have been happy to stay there alone.
