"We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean. We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great. Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating."

Well maintained garden with colorful landscapes compliments scenic Mountain View. Food is tasty and service is excellent. Live music during dinner under the stars was just perfect. This was our second stay at this exceptional property in Mahabaleshwar. This place is truly magical, from the minute you step into it. Check in during covid is set up outdoor next to conveniently located seating where the elders in the family could hang out while we waiting to check in. The staff at check-in was very courteous and offered us rose-water drinks to replenish. Very good, but very expensive. There are some rooms that are very average and some at the same price which are very good as they are still under renovation. It all depends on how you negotiate with the front desk.
