A great experience!

Properties are always clean and they keep them updated. We have been staying in stayincocoa Properties since 2010 and they only get better. They update regularly and the condos are always clean and ready to use. They also supply beach gear and cooking items for use while staying. Won't stay anywhere else. Great locations great condos!

Nice place for family vacation

This is our fourth stay in the same condo. Our family always has a great time. Condo is nice and beach is not crowded. Our ONLY issue has been other guests not following the rules regarding smoking in designated areas only. Each night when we try to enjoy our patio there are guests smoking on their patios.

Our fifth time staying at PBC and each time gets better. First time renting thru the Stay At Cocoa family and it was a great experience, and we will rent from them again. When you walk in door and see the ocean you say wow! The place was very clean all appliances were clean and you were able to cook without worrying. The pool was always clean. And the beach is right here. So you could pick which ever you want. We did not want to leave.

As advertised with one caveat.

Property was as advertised. Great view and location. Only complaint would be that the "pet friendly" option for this property. The only reason we decided on this property over all the others, was the proximity to the ocean. Having the windows open at night to listen to the waves was amazing. However, every morning just before 7am we were awoken by an extremely annoying dog barking. and that bark sparked other dogs to bark throughout the complex. This was every day of our stay, even after we had complained on the third day of our stay. So, believe that when you stay here, it will be beautiful, but if you want peace and quiet, opt for the properties that are not full of barking dogs.

Satellite Beach Paradise

The unit was perfect for us. So much so that we booked again for next year. It was incredibly clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. A quiet building overall and everyone is very friendly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the response we got was quick and efficient. Everything you could want to do be it golf or great restaurants are all within 15-20 minutes away. It was great walking the beach daily and seeing all the surfers out in the ocean. Beautiful sunrises in the morning.

Loved this place!! The condo had everything you needed for cooking, and cleaning. There were chairs, an umbrella, boggy boards and beach towels everything you needed for the beach. Publix grocery, Pizza Hut, and Dunkin Donuts across the street. And the most important thing was they allow pets!!! Had issues with main bedroom television, contacted Drew and it was corrected in a timely manner. Looking out on the ocean and hearing the waves roll in was just Paradise to me! My family and I will be back again!!!

Everything was PERFECTION

This was the absolute perfect getaway for our family of 6 including teens! Pool right out back, ocean a few steps further. We spent most of our time in the PERFECT TEMPETURE pool as we watched the waves roll in just steps away. The unit walls are solid, and we didn't hear a single sound from neighbors who were apparently doing some karaoke even! As soon as you walk into the unit the amazing view out the slider door and wall of windows was everything we could ever have wanted. The furnishings were updated and just beautiful and inviting and the washer and dryer was an added bonus for our family. We wanted for nothing, beach chairs, boogie boards, air mattress, cooler and TWO bathrooms were ideal. We needed an extra blanket for one of our kiddos and the owners were kind enough to bring it by the next day!!! This was one of the most relaxing and carefree vacations we've ever experienced.
