"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. "Good location, only a few minutes by foot to the beach. Bed and pillow wasnt as comfortable as i was hoping for but good for the price."
