"Having stayed in a Budget Ibis in Poland the night before, my expectations were not high, but they were surpassed. This hotel is good value, it is a budget hotel so don't expect any frills. The rooms are basic and functional, ideal for stopping over on a journey, rather than long stays. The staff were friendly and even waived our 3 Euro parking fee as we were transporting aid to Ukraine. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of alternatives for all tastes. "The staff at Reception were super but there was a problem with the Health Centre staff. The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. We ate the evening buffet which was good and very good value. Its close to the forest - good for walkers and cyclists but otherwise you need a car."

A little gem in the forest
"The moment we walked in, a sign with our names welcomed us! This simple, yet stylish little home, was truly a home away from home for our stay of 16 days. It had everything we needed! The forest is literally up the hill and wonderful for hiking, short or longer distances. The pool and bbq area pristine and sauna is amazing! What a great way to end the perfect day on such a healthy note. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our hosts, Torsten and Corinna went above and beyond to make us happy with their generosity, kindness and hospitality! It’s a trip we won’t forget !!"
