"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Clean, comfortable room with efficient A/C. Nice, varied breakfast. Good public transport to the Old Town; Open Air Museum and shopping centre close by. "

"This hotel is in a great location in the historic old town. Because it’s there that means it’s a converted property and some of the rooms are quirky. Mine was nice with high ceilings. It was more functional than fancy. The breakfast was adequate not sparkling. Staff were helpful and it was overall good value. The restaurant and bar was nice, though a little on the rocket side compared to some of the other restaurants. The noise from the hostel next door can be annoying."
