"3-sterren design hotel in dorpje Bestwig met prima parkeermogelijkheid. Van doorgaande hoofdstraat hoor je niet veel omdat kamers aan veelal aan achterzijde liggen. Er zijn wel wat nare elementen in het hotel, zoals (lijk)kisten op iedere verdieping ... en de ontbijtruimte lijkt op een crematoriumzaal met een daarbij passend muziekje .... jiiee"

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "Well this hotel had a solution. A good swimming pool, jaccuzzi , steam bath , sauna and an indoor games room. My daughter of 6 years of age forgot completely about the terrible weather outside. Only one small criticism was there was no internet service in the room ( only available in the lobby area ) ."
