There is also a covered deck/porch off the back of the building, which is where you will find your personal entrance and designated parking space #3. Nice place in great location

Compact yet efficient modern unit with several amenities in a great location. Newer or newly renovated unit near great restaurants, water, bike paths and parks. We biked and walked everywhere. Small rather barky dog in lower unit, but otherwise quiet and relaxing.

Robyn was awesome with communication and the property was in a perfect location and was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 small dogs! The rooms were clean, spacious and had every amenity we needed! Will be staying here again!

Nice place in the heart of everything!

My sister and I stayed here for a quick girls weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier! The place is nice and comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had everything we needed- there was even some coffee and filters ready for us to use. It was really convenient to be able to walk everywhere and we had a great time!

Saugatuck Get-Away

We had a lovely stay at Robyn's Nest. It was exactly as pictured and perfect for a couple. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival, making the property easy to access. The space was clean and well furnished. We especially loved the location, an easy walk to shops, parks, restaurants and the chain ferry. We would stay again without hesitation!

It was a great time to be in Saugatuck not too busy we felt very relaxed as our daily lives are kind of hectic. Excellent restaurants- Phil’s and the southerner! Loved that we could use the pool and hot tub across the street! Very pleasant experience!

Another Great Stay!

We’ve stayed a number of times in apartments in the three Water Street buildings and each time we’ve enjoyed our stay. The building is across from Wick Park, has a narrow view of the river and is a short walk to downtown. It’s is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs to climb.

Just as wonderful our second time around!

We love staying at Robyn's Nest rentals. This was our second year and it was just as lovely as the first. The location is super walkable to any of Saugatuck's downtown activities, shops, restaurants, etc. The units are clean and comfortable, and Robyn is always responsive and easy to communicate with. Our favorite part is the access to the pool across the street. It's a great pool right on the channel so you get to watch the boats go by swimming or relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend a stay here!

The Nest

We had a wonderful first-time visit to Saugatuck, and staying in the Nest made it much more enjoyable. Great location! Lots of action, but very quiet at night. The only con is that there is no lighting around the steps at night, which can be very tricky! WATCH your step!

Cute Condo Great Location

It was super easy to find and access the condo. It was the perfect size for myself and my two boys. The king size bed was comfy. I couldn’t find extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, but my son said he was comfortable enough. It was quite stuffy and humid when we entered, but we adjusted the window units and it cooled off after a couple of hours. The location is absolutely perfect and so many things are in walkable distance. The bathroom did not smell fresh, and it really could’ve used a bleach scrubbing to freshen it up. It smelled like a sour mop.

What a perfect place to stay in Saugatuck! We were here for 5 nights with our two small dogs, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The location could not be better! We were just a couple minutes walk to the river, the waterfront restaurants, a park where they had live music, and all the great shops. We enjoyed the pool across the street at the Ship N Shore Hotel, so that was a nice perk. We loved the beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park, which is just a 10 minute drive away. The owner , Robyn, was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay in one of her properties again!

This apartment is as advertised and as described. Great location. Very clean. You can tell the host has put thought into everything to offer a positive experience. The kitchen was well equipped, especially given the size. We really appreciated having the user manual for the combo microwave/oven so we could make homemade pizza, which turned out great! The bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion we would have is to provide a drying rack or something to hang the damp swimsuits and beach towels after a day at the lake. Thank you Robyn!
