Very much satisfied with our 3-night stay at All Seasons Motel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great environment, very accessible and close to downtown. This is a much recommended place to stay. Will definitely come back for our next vacation. 🤗
The motel is centrally located. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was spotless and appeared to have been renovated recently.
The room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The room could have been a bit bigger. Very quiet at night. Not quite walking distance to tge beach but a very short drive. Close to grocery stores. For elder people it is better to stay on the ground floor as lugging your suitcase etc. Up is a bit of work.
I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. Also, this may be the first motel in a resort town that didn't have an ice machine. On the positive side, the motel is located on the north end of the main drag making it easy to get to where you want to go. I'm not sure I would choose this property if I ever return to Port Elgin. I saw many other options that I could consider.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Some sketchy people stay here. There was a white Hyundai accent parked outside all night with the engine running.

Convenient location for overnight stay at good price.
Some updates in room.
TV picture terrible. Cable tv poor
Clean, with a microwave, mini fridge, cable tv and AC. Bathroom looked like it was recently redone. We just needed a quick spot to spend the night and have a nice shower while it rained before setting up our campsite the following day. It's a 2 min drive to Starbucks and minutes away from a couple cute pubs for lunch or dinner. :)
Clean and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and recently updated. Only issue was some regulars that stay long term make being outside a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great location to the beach and local restaurants are a walk away.
Our room was dated, but clean. The guy at the front desk was so polite and helpful.
The grounds and outside was disgusting…Ash trays everywhere, and people hanging out smoking pot and cigarettes.
Garbage piled in corners.
Everything looked clean it’s just that the smell was kinda off when we went inside the room. I hope they can do something about that. Also the curtains they used for the shower, are actual curtains that get wet. Overall, it’s still a good, comfortable place to stay while you’re in the area.
