Springtime is here, and summer is approaching in the Catskills! It's time for an Upstate, NY trip where you'll take in the fresh mountain air and see the beautiful Catskill Mountains!

This Cozy Saugerties A-Frame retreat is ideal for a family or couples’ escape. A charming 2-bed, 2-bath, A-Frame home sits on a secluded, wooded, 1-acre lot with wonderful views of the Catskills Mountains.

Boasting a massive 24’ x 16’ outdoor deck, you can enjoy your morning coffee or take in some nighttime star gazing. This rustic home also provides a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, flatware, utensils & spices! Plus amenities such as Free Wi-Fi, 3 SmartTVs and an outdoor gas BBQ grill as well as a Propane Fire Pit…. All making this, the place to be for your next retreat year round. (AC & Heat).

I do allow Pets. 1 Dog - 20lb Max / THERE IS A PET FEE.

Located right down the block from Opus40, this amazing Stone Sculpture Park hosts several art and musical events throughout the year and is the perfect place for an afternoon excursion.
A short drive into the Town of Saugerties, gives you a wide variety of places to shop and explore. Plus there are many Cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite.
You’re also just a 10 minute drive to Woodstock too!

As a friendly reminder for those staying in Spring / Summer / Fall…. You’re gonna be in the country. There are critters. That's part of the beauty of why you're visiting right? So, if you're going to roll around in the leaves or grass… walking in the woods and being out in the yard, then I highly recommend you take off your clothes put them in the dryer and run for 20 minutes, and then do the Hudson Valley / Saugerties foreplay, check each other all over !

This place is Beautiful and very comfortable. They have all the amenities you could need. A few minutes from town, groceries and more. Private and quiet area. 20 minutes from Hunter Mountain. I would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful, relaxing stay at this home in Saugerties. We loved the private location yet very close to Woodstock and Saugerties. Nick’s communication was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions. The woods made it feel like a true retreat, the kids and dogs had a blast.Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for, the house was cozy and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby trailsNick went above and beyond with clear and timely communication, the house was spotless and we truly felt at home. What has become a regular winter Woodstock retreat turned into something magical with the beauty, warmth and smart comfort of Nick’s home. His friendly affect and many small touches made this one of the best home-bases for me in my decades of solo retreats. Secluded, woodsy with beautiful A-Frame design but 10 minutes to either Woodstock or Saugerties. Great cooking kitchen, treadmill, great sound and entertainment or quiet nooks for writing and reading. Good heat and warm floors. Bathtub. Special place and I will return. Thank you Nick!

The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The host thought of everything. Perfect spot close to towns of Saugerties and Woodstock and about a half hour away from amazing Hudson. Opus 40 is grand and a short walk away.

Close to the mountains for skiing, miles and miles of hiking and x-country skiing trails, less than 10 minutes from Levon Helms studio for amazing music and eclectic adventures in Woodstock. Owner was spot on and friendly with communication, home was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when in the area!
