"Booked a premium room, good size with nice view and balcony out over a small park area (and car parking, but this didn't detract). Some noise from neighbouring rooms and pipework but not enough to be a real disturbance. All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. An enjoyable buffet breakfast that did feel worth the ā¬16. Vichy itself had a really nice feel to it, lovely to walk around and enjoyed a great meal in Bouillon des Artistes restaurant, the only place we found with a veggie option, lovely atmosphere and felt fat more relaxed than the "smart" establishments around Parc des Sources"

"Lovely room overlooking the park. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful - we were able to store luggage after checking out and they called a taxi for us to get to our next destination. Spa facilities (which are not included in the room rate) were also great - and very clean. Would definitely stay again if visiting Vichy."
