"This was a peaceful place with a lovely hostess who gave us some eggs from her hens. There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. The living space was fine for two people."

"Nous sommes très content de notre séjour dans cette maison calme et bien refaite. Juste un petit bémol concernant la caméra de surveillance pointée sur la terrasse qui donne l'impression d'être observé en permanence. A part ça tout était parfait"

"We spent a week at this lovely holiday home. It's comprised of 2 2-bedroomed cottages attached to each other but with separate kitchen and bathroom facilities. This worked brilliantly for our family of 3 teenagers and 2 adults., plus our dog. There's a beautiful courtyard as well as stunning garden with bbq, large decking area and plunge pool. "Une maison bien adaptée pour nos retrouvailles annuelles en famille, avec mes fils, neveu, belle-fille, et surtout mon petit-fils de 4 mois, et la chienne Enid! A l'arrivée, comme la maison était restée inoccupée, il a fallu bien aérer pour faire partir les odeurs de renfermé. Les équipements pour le jardin (table, fauteuils) étaient entreposés dans la remise; nous les avons installés. (nous avons renoncé à installer la piscine, qui était couverte de poussière). "Nous avons été accueilli par Valérie, qui nous à présenté son gîte ainsi que les alentours.Le gite était parfait, bien agencé, bien pourvu et nous avons pu profiter de la salle attenante pour un anniversaire.Un extérieur vaste et bien entretenu, et la surprise des animaux pour le enfants (une biche !)Valérie s'est montré disponible tout le long du séjour et même avant et nous avons passé un week-end parfait en famille !Je recommande ce lieu pour toute les familles qui souhaitent un gite...

"Les 1ers échanges par mail avec la propriétaire sont sympathiques.Mais c'est a la fin du séjour que ça se complique, elle refuse les échanges par téléphone pour régler les soucis rencontrés lors de notre séjour.meme si on ne s'est jamais rencontré et donc pas d'état des lieux ni a l'entrée ni a la sortie elle veut nous facturer des choses que nous n'avons pas cassé ! Elle nous reproche de ne pas avoir nettoyé alors que nous avons pris l'option ménage ! Le comble.La location est pour 12 personnes...

"Superbe week-end dans un logement tout équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Grand terrain clôturé où notre bouvier bernois a pu profité du jardin. Très agréable pour passer un week-end au calme en famille. Je recommande."

"We had a lovely 7 day holiday at this beautiful quiet location. The house is clean and very well equipped. Kids loved the pool and the games provided. The hosts really went the extra mile and had thought of everything. Beds are so comfy! sleep. Had a lovely lunch at the local bar restaurant. "

"Very nice property, lots of space. Great to have 2 swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, including hot shower outside: heaven ! Property owner is very nice and helpful. Near to small towns and fun activities to do in the area such as horseback riding, canoe and game parc (bowling, laser game, mini golf, etc). Would definitely come back to in future."

"It’s a great place where to stay with friends and family with children. The pool is not super big but the park around it is really amazing and gives an extra edge to the place. The house is around the corner of a great boulangerie one (on one of the two squares in Saint-Savin). Recommended for an easy vacation."
